I would like to share our story and a short review with the sale of our one bedroom apartment in Mascot, NSW.
Sarvjot Singh of United Property Sales and Management, was our Real Estate agent and with his help we managed to sell our unit within less than 6 month of being on the market.
The time coincided with a Mascot Tower fiasco which was only at the end of our street and had greatly affected consumer confidence.
Sav provided a consistent and professional service, his commission fee was very competitive compared to other agents in the area.
We were pleased with his diligence, politeness, attention for detail and punctuality.
Sav had guided us at every step throughout the entire process and made our next phase of life possible by selling a 10 year old apartment with high strata fees and allowing us move abroad to start our new life.

Sav was the real estate agent of the vendor of the property I bought recently. He was very responsive to communication right from the first viewing till the hand over. He always offered to find the answers of the questions we had about the property , either from the vendor or online. There were several complications in the buying process after we put in an EOI, but Sav had worked hard to resolve them or at least kept us up to date if it's out of his control.

I have used United Estate Agent’s services to rent out our two properties in Quakers Hill area recently. I found that Mr Sav Singh, the Principal of the agency is very professional and knowledgeable. He marketed our properties diligently, with his flexible working hours, negotiation skills and rented out our properties within a week. I also found that he not only represents the landlords but looks after tenants very well as well.
